• Requests require minimum of 30 -60 days prior to service

• Requests more than 60 days from service date not accepted

• Minimum order of 30 Fluffies ($20 /Fluffy)

• Service area within 20 miles of Midtown Manhattan

• All equipment and tools provided by Fluffy NYC

• Event service hours limited to 11:00AM - 12:00AM

• Choice of 3 designs from Fluffy Event Menu

• Includes 2 artists and 2 machines

• Output rate 20 - 25 Fluffies per hour

• High volume orders require additional artists and machines

• Pricing includes: Fluffy Cost ($20 ea), Transportation ($5/mi roundtrip), Toll & Congestion Fee ($50), Administration Fee ($120)

• Minimum of 12, Maximum of 28 Fluffies, increments of 4

• Delivered in 2’ x 2’ x 2’ white corrugated box (box contains 4)

• Each Fluffy packaged individually in cellophane bags for protection

• Service are within 20 miles of Midtown Manhattan

• Choice of 3 designs from Fluffy Event Menu

• Delivery service hours

  • Weekdays: 11:00AM - 4:00PM

  • Weekends: 11:00AM - 1:00PM
